Win a A$500 Estetika Gift Card: VIP Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter. The promoter is Estetika, Sydney NSW (we, us). Contact us at hello@estetika.com.au.
2. Agreeing to these terms. How to enter and the prize details form part of these terms. By entering, you agree to these terms.
3. Entry period. Entries open at 12:01am AEDT on 28 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 3 November 2026. All times are Sydney time.
4. Who can enter. The draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Our staff and their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the draw, cannot enter.
5. How to enter. Join the Estetika VIP list during the entry period, either at estetika.com.au/pages/vip or through our Meta lead form. You need to give a valid name and email address. Entry is free and no purchase is needed.
6. Existing VIPs. If you are already on the VIP list, you are entered automatically.
7. Entry limit. One entry per person. Extra entries from the same person or email address will not count. We may exclude entries that are incomplete, fake or made with automated tools.
8. The prize. There is one prize: a A$500 Estetika digital gift card (incl. GST), usable at estetika.com.au. Total prize value is A$500. The gift card is subject to our standard gift card terms. It cannot be swapped for cash or transferred. If it becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may give a prize of equal or greater value.
9. The draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 12:00pm AEDT on 4 November 2026 in Sydney NSW. Every valid entry has an equal chance.
10. Telling the winner. We will email the winner within 2 business days of the draw, using the email address they entered with. The winner must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. We will email the gift card within 2 business days of the claim.
11. Unclaimed prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, or is not eligible, we will hold a redraw at 12:00pm AEDT on 25 November 2026 in Sydney NSW. The new winner will be told by email in the same way and will also have 14 days to claim.
12. Publishing the result. We will publish the winner's first name and state on estetika.com.au/pages/vip and on our Instagram from 6 November 2026, for at least 30 days.
13. Your privacy. We collect your name and email to run the draw and contact the winner. By entering you join the Estetika VIP list and will get marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We handle your details under our Privacy Policy at estetika.com.au/policies/privacy-policy, where you can also find out how to access or correct them.
14. Meta. This draw is not sponsored, endorsed or run by, or linked with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. You release Meta from any liability in connection with the draw. Information you give through the Meta lead form is collected by Estetika, not Meta.
15. Changes. If something outside our control affects the draw, such as fraud or a technical fault, we may change, pause or end it, subject to any law or direction from a regulator. We will tell entrants about any change on this page.
16. Our liability. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, we are not liable for any loss arising from the draw or the prize, except where caused by our negligence.
17. Disputes and law. Questions or complaints go to hello@estetika.com.au and our decision on the draw is final, subject to the law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
