Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian & International orders over $150 AUD.

Orders are dispatched next-day via Australia Post on eligible orders. We also ship internationally to the UK / US / UAE with fast, tracked delivery via Emirates Courier Express.

What is your happiness guarantee?

Every Estetika order is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Australian customers enjoy complimentary return shipping. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as Estetika cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges are also welcome, with return shipping arranged and covered by the customer.
