Every Estetika order is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If your purchase isn't quite right, you're welcome to return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Australian customers enjoy complimentary return shipping. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as Estetika cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges are also welcome, with return shipping arranged and covered by the customer.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, free from makeup or skincare residue.
• Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Damaged or non-compliant items will not be accepted.
• Items that don't meet the return conditions will be returned at the customer's expense.
