Easy Returns

We are pleased to offer returns for store credit or refunds through our returns portal, with the shipping label covered by the customer on FULL priced items ONLY.

Upon arrival and inspection of the item at our warehouse, your store credit or refund will be issued. Please note we do not offer exchanges.

If for any reason you need to return your purchase, we will accept a return of full-priced items within 30 days of purchase subject to the following return conditions:

  • Item(s) must be in original condition and packaging
  • Sale items are considered final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for sale items.
  • Item(s) should be free from makeup/skincare use.
  • Any bag that has been damaged will not be accepted for return.

  • ESTETIKA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the guidelines and process as stated above. In the instance an item is not accepted, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
