Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $199 AUD and international orders over $199 in your local currency.

Orders are dispatched next-day via Australia Post on eligible orders. We also ship internationally to the UK / US / UAE with fast, tracked delivery via Emirates Courier Express.

Every Estetika order is backed by our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Australian customers enjoy complimentary return shipping. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as Estetika cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

What are your bags made from?

Our bags are crafted from premium PETA-approved vegan leather with Estetika’s signature quilted finish.

Each piece features custom YKK hardware with brass or polished silver zip detailing, alongside a wipe-clean recycled lining for easy care and everyday practicality.

Designed to maintain their structure while beautifully protecting your beauty essentials, Estetika bags blend elevated design with intelligent functionality.

How do I choose the right bag for me?

We have three core styles: HOMEE is our medium everyday bag, BIGEE is our large travel bag, and MINEE is our compact clutch.
