Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit or full refunds on full-priced items only, with return shipping costs covered by the customer.
To initiate a return, email hello@estetika.com.au for instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your store credit or refund. Please note we do not offer exchanges.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, free from makeup or skincare residue.
- Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Damaged or non-compliant items will not be accepted.
